Biography

I am a Junior Research Fellow in Biological and Medical Sciences at Christ’s College, Cambridge. I am also a Research Associate in Neuroinformatics within the Department of Psychology, and an affiliate of the Department of Clinical Neurosciences.

Research

My core research lies at the intersection of neuroimaging, clinical neuroscience, and artificial intelligence. I analyse large-scale neuroimaging and clinical datasets from memory clinics at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and NHS trusts across the United Kingdom, with the aim of building precision tools for patient stratification and outcome prediction. Leveraging artificial intelligence and normative modelling approaches—such as the Brain Charts framework (Bethlehem et al., Nature, 2022)—I work on developing individualised biomarkers that capture deviation from typical brain trajectories at the single-subject level. I also contribute to the PASSIAN Project, which focuses on developing a cloud-based federated learning to enable secure, privacy-preserving clinical data sharing across NHS sites—an essential step toward real-world deployment of neuro-AI models.
