Xuan Li is a doctoral student of psychology, and a member of Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. Her work focuses on fathering, cross-cultural parenting, emotion expression and Chinese families (thesis title "paternal affection expression in contemporary Chinese families"), but is interested in a wide range of issues related to developmental psychology, family studies and cross-cultural research as well. Prior to obtaining her MPhil in Social and Developmental Psychology at University of Cambridge, Xuan completed her BA in German Language and Literature from Peking University, China, when she double-majored in psychology.
