Mi Sun Yi is a doctoral student in the department of Psychology at the University of Cambridge. Her research interests focus on investigative interviewing, the NICHD protocol, and statement validity analysis. She is currently working on her ph.D thesis about investigative interviewing with sexually abused child victim.

Mi Sun Yi completed her MA in Psychology from the University of Hallym, South Korea with a thesis entitled “Empirical Validation of Criteria-Based Content Analysis (CBCA) with Korean Child Sexual Abuse victim Statements” and worked as an assistant researcher at the Hallym Applied psychological research centre and the Division of Scientific Investigation in the Supreme Prosecutors’ office in South Korea.
