Cambridge railway station is just under a mile away from the Downing Site, and just over a mile from the New Museum Site. Frequent buses run from the train station towards the city centre.

Park and Ride

There are a number of Park and Ride sites on the outskirts of Cambridge where you can park your car and catch a bus into the city centre. They are located at Madingley Road, Milton, Newmarket Road, Trumpington and Babraham.

Buses to Cambridge city centre generally stop on Drummer Street, Emmanuel Street or St Andrew’s Street. From here it is just a short walk along Downing Street to the Downing Site (on your left) and the New Museum Site (on your right).

Further information on bus and train services can be found at Visit Cambridge

The Downing Site and New Museums Site do not offer car parking
