Second and Third Year Report
A one page summary of the student's progress to date should be submitted at the end of the second and third years*.
Deadlines:
- 30th September for full-time Michaelmas starters
- 4th January for Lent starters
- 31st March for Easter starters
The report should include a timeline indicating how the student intends to structure the remainder of their time in terms of research and the production of their thesis. This document must be signed and dated by the student and their supervisor.
Students should take care to familiarise themselves with the University’s policy on plagiarism.
*If the student is within six weeks of submitting their thesis, they do NOT need to submit a Third Year Report but should inform the Postgraduate Administrator that this is the case*.
