Earlier this week, Professor Trevor Robbins gave the Plenary Lecture at the UCLA Integrative Center for Addictions Symposium in Los Angeles, California. The Symposium, which took place from April 20 to 21 2015, marked the opening of a brand new Integrative Center at the University of California, Los Angeles, the UCLA Integrative Center for Addictive Disorders. This is the fourth Integrative Center in UCLA's Brain Research Institute.
The activities of the UCLA Integrative Center for Addictive Disorders, will include research, treatment, education and outreach, and its goal is to develop new medications and strategies to overcome the causes, behaviours, and consequences of addiction.
