Inside the Animal Mind YouTube clip goes viral

Inside the Animal Mind, a BBC Two programme on which Professor Nicky Clayton acted as super contributor and scientific consultant, has been a real hit. In fact, a YouTube clip from the programme, in which a crow solves a puzzle involving number of distinct steps, has gone viral (see below), with over three million views to date. Inside the Animal Mind is presented by Chris Packham, who has been described in a Guardian review of the programme as Sir David Attenborough's heir apparent, putting "the cool in cagoule in this fascinating blend of science and spectacle." The programme takes a different angle to that usually adopted in this genre, and tries to understand what is happening inside the minds of animals.
